Flight delays
Where a correct flight number has been provided at the time of booking, Savoie City Tours will, where possible, monitor the flight in order to adapt the organisation of the pick-up.

Where a customer wishes to provide a tip to a particular driver after the service, Savoie City Tours undertakes to pass the corresponding amount on to that driver.
Any bank charges arising from a particular payment method or international bank transfer may only be charged to the customer where they have been disclosed and accepted as part of the applicable booking conditions.
6 – Invoicing
An invoice will be issued to the customer in accordance with the applicable regulations and the payment terms of the service.
Where a cancellation results in charges or additional services are invoiced, the relevant amounts may be included on the corresponding invoice.
In the event of late payment of an invoice owed by a professional customer or business partner, late-payment penalties may be applied in accordance with the applicable regulations.
A statutory fixed recovery charge of €40 may also become payable in the event of late payment where provided for under applicable French law. This fixed recovery charge does not apply to private individual customers.

Savoie City Tours holds the professional insurance required for the transport activities it carries out.
Vehicles and drivers used to provide services must hold the licences, insurance and professional qualifications required for the relevant activity.
Nothing in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall exclude or limit any liability which cannot legally be excluded or limited.
